10 Ways 2 DestressThis is a very special post goin out 2 my baby..
Baby...im really very worried 4 u lar...i noe ur really stressed out rite now..I wish i cud be there bringin u out and comforting you. But, the only way i can drive u around town, is if u come 2 Kuching.
Nevertheless..im worried 4 u baby...it seems dat wadever your goin through is seriously too much 4 anyone 2 handle..and its taking its toll on you..
Listen 2 me baby. Dont take it 2 hard on urself all right? Dont try 2 juggle everythin by urself. Share the burden. Wadeva u do, just find any means possible 2 destress. Here's a few things i can tink off dat might help..
Step 1: Chocolate the right wayTake any box of good ass chocolate, a cup of cold water, and find a nice quiet spot u can relax. Drink the cold water 1st 2 lower the temp in ur mouth, and then put the chocolate in ur mouth. Melt it with the heat frm ur mouth, chew it 5 times then push it on ur 'lelangit'. Close your eyes and enjoy the taste...
Step 2: Soft toys
Hug any 1 of your teddy's...preferably a white 1 with a blue skarf? Lolz..just kiddin...
Step 3: Vocal testingTake a pillow and start screamin ur heart out into it. Make sure no 1's around though..hehehe....
Step 4: FearTry 2 lawan ur doggie...*Fear tends 2 make u 4get everythin else in life..*
Step 5: 'HAIH'
Say HAIH as many times as u want. Eventhough it might make u look old, at least it wont end up giving u high blood pressure..(shaking your head and smiling helps 2)..=D
Step 6: Good foodEat your heart out at a fancy restaurant. Burn sum cash. Its ok. U'll feel good about it.
Step 7: Yam chaJust hang out with ur close frenz...go yam cha...i do dis all the time..
P.S. Dont go drinkin the drink in this pic...seriously...listen 2 me k? Its bad 4 u...and its expensive..settle 4 tea. Its soothing and cheap..=)
Step 8: SongzCompile a bunch of ur favourite songz and put them into ur MP3. Lie down on ur bed, cover urself frm head 2 toe with ur blankie, and enjoy ur music without any disturbance..
Step 9: Watch a movie Just buy a ticket, and just watch a movie. Any movie. But not the one's u hate of cos. During the movie, dont think of anythin else. Focus on the movie. That will provide u, ur own...2-3 hrs of stress free time.
*I still cant believe u watched Dead Silence with me. I am seriously telling u the truth when i say your nicer 2 wac than the movie..lolz..XD*
Step 10: Call me
Just call me anytime, anyday, anywhere...and i'll be there 2 listen and comfort u. Im serious. I miss u so much baby.
